Returns Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from date of purchase.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please advise us of the reason for your return. Returns only accepted for damaged goods.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Shipping Policy
Paramao Oil (Qld) ships Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Cut off time for shipping is 4pm AEST. Orders placed after 4pm AEST will be processed the next business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it is shipped.
Deliveries via Australia Post occur Monday to Friday.
